For the next 2 weeks (my short-term goal) I will be planning my 3 meals and 2 snacks daily, and tracking them in the Sparkpeople.com's nutrition tracker. Sparkpeople is a FREE site that offers assistance with Healthy Living. I have been a member of Sparkpeople for many years (off and on) and LOVE it!
If you don't know about Sparkpeople.com-check it out! You will not be sorry. It offers a wealth of information.
